- It is safer to dry clean your handmade wool coat as dry cleaning helps prevent the material from shrinking. However, should you insist on washing your wool coat, here are instructions you can follow:
WASH INSTRUCTIONS
- Turn it inside out, to help prevent pilling and damage.
- If your washing machine has a wool cycle, use it. If not, use the gentle or delicate cycle on cold.
- Never wash wool on hot—it will weaken the fibers and shrink the fabric.
- Â Flat dry out of direct sunlight.
- Do not Bleach . Wring or Twist
- Do No Iron
